Gilbert Bourseul, founding CEO of TOPICS was Advising Director at Havas Havas Groupe, and founding associate of Agence Publics. He also was involved in the opening of the Qatar, Dubai and Rabat Agence Publics subsidiaries. Previously Gilbert created and ran during 12 years his own agency named TRIBUNE.
Among the events that Gilbert organised or was involved with, are COP15 in Montreal, WeEuropeans Congress at the Brussels EU Parliament, ELNET International Policy Conference in Paris, Francophonie Summit in Erevan, launching of the Suez Canal extension, COP22 in Marrakech, Alliance of Civilisations Forum in Doha, Agriculture G20 in Paris, as well as the 70st anniversary of the London Call in London and Paris, and the 20st anniversary of the Berin Wall fall in Paris, Place de la Concorde.

First Semester: Developpment of Mémoire Vive in Quebec, Production of Abraham in Tech at VivaTech, Production of the second edition of Europa Power Initiative Conference in Starsbourg, Prefiguration of the 1st Salam Shalom Festival to be held early April in 2027 at Essaouira.
2025
June/November: Developpment of Phosphen Immersion in Montreal and France. Launch of Mémoire Vive a VR solution for elder persons. Operational coordination of the 1st European Power Initiative in Strasbourg, initiated by EuropaNova.
February/May: Establishment of a partnership with Phosphen and development of immersive projects. Collaboration in the planning of an intercultural festival to be held in Morocco in May 2026. Preparation for the organization of the European Power Conference in November 2025 in Strasbourg, initiated by EuropaNova.
January:Coordination of the 2nd European Conclave in Brussels.
